We are no longer offering the MA in Paris Studies: History and Culture. Instead, we have developed a new degree in partnership with Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) that draws on the strengths of the original Paris Studies degree while taking on a new comparative focus.

Available from 2017, our brand new MA in Urban History and Culture provides an unparalleled opportunity to study the social, political, cultural and economic development of two great world cities: Paris and London. You will be able to choose to study this degree either on a split-site basis, spending the first term in Paris at ULIP and the second term in London at QMUL, or by spending a full year in Paris.

Dr Anna-Louise Milne, Director Graduate Studies and Research at the University of London Institute in Paris

Our MA in Urban History and Culture gives you Paris and London, with the breadth and expertise of a great research-led university and the intensity and support of a small urban campus.
