Join us for our online Q&A with current undergraduate students to find out more about student life at ULIP.
You will have the opportunity to engage with current students, studying both in our French Studies and International Politics programmes. They will start off with a 20-minute presentation to cover some of the most common questions that you may have. This will then be followed by a 20-minute chat session during which you can post additional questions for them to answer.
Meet the students:
Joe, 2nd year BA in BA in French Studies with International Relations
I’m really interested in international politics and social relations. I always wanted to live in Paris, and this year I’m living around the corner from the Sacre Coeur in Montmartre with my best mates and it’s a dream come true.
Billie, 2nd year BA in International Politics
"I live in a lovely Parisian apartment in Montmartre with two other students. I love wandering around the back streets on sunny mornings. One of my favourite things about going to ULIP is how easy it is to get involved in extra-curricular activities, this year I'm head of vegan, wine and STAR (Student Action for Refugees) societies."
India, 2nd year BA in French Studies, SU Head of Events and Societies
I work as an au pair and lived with the family for 2 years. This year I live with my girlfriend in Ivry-sur-Seine, it's so lovely to be somewhere quiet after a busy day in Paris. I'm most interested in societal relations and how they differ between Britain and France, in particular in regards to equality between men and women and the LGBTQ+ experience.
Please note that if you are joining us from the UK, the event will take place at 5:30 pm UK time. You will need to register ahead on our platform to access the online presentation and chat.
