The ULIP building is closed to the public but students can access the building and library services by appointment. To ensure building users' safety, staff, students and visitors are asked to wear a mask, sanitise their hands upon entry and avoid the use of lifts.
Some staff are still working from home, but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions and/or concerns. We may not be present physically and face-to-face, but we are certainly available online to ensure continued support to our students. If you would like to access the building, please email Kim Le Minh, Head of Library, IT and Facilities.
If you are in Paris, please make sure you follow these basic guidelines. If you experience symptoms which are characteristic of Covid-19, please follow these steps:
- Avoid contacts and contact a doctor for a medical opinion. Some doctors will offer a video consultation
- The doctor may advise you to take a test, and if you are tested positive you will be asked to self-isolate for at least 7 days
- If you have trouble breathing, call the SAMU (15)
If you do not have a “Médecin Traitant”, you can always consult Doctolib for the next available appointments and video consultations. If you need any further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.
For those who have returned home, please follow the guidance of your local health authority. Please check your emails regularly for updates.
