There are many options to choose from when booking accommodation in Paris. Whatever your choice of accommodation our dedicated student services team is there to provide advice and guidance every step of the way.
ULIP has recently signed agreements with two specialised student accommodation agencies in Paris, for more information click here. ULIP also acts as a guarantor for students to help them secure accommodation with private landlords.

ULIP students are also aligible to receive housing benefit (CAF) from the French government. The amount received depends on how much rent is paid, any income the student receives from part-time employment and the location of the property. On average ULIP students receive roughly €200 a month in housing benefits.
