'Distant Islands, Spectral Cities'
As part of the Banister Fletcher Global Fellowship, ‘Distant Islands, Spectral Cities’ is a programme conceived by Olivier Marboeuf and supported by the Banister Fletcher Trust, a University of London Institute in Paris initiative. For its second series of gatherings, a week-long series of events will be held in Paris from 22 to 26 April 2024. Olivier Marboeuf, alongside a diverse range of guests including authors, artists, activists, and academics, will delve into the struggles, celebrations, modes of presence, and aesthetics of the Caribbean diasporas in both Paris and London."
